Paul Bischoff , Interim Pastor
I have been married to Jayne for 43 years, and we have four adult children and eight grandchildren. Jayne and I live in Wheaton and have been members of the Glen Ellyn Covenant Church since 1980.  For the past three years, I have taught mathematics in the Chicago Public Schools at DeVry High School on the city's north side.  I hold a Bi-Vocational License with the denomination and Broadway is the third church I have served as transition interim pastor.  I hold graduate degrees from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in the ecclesiology and life of Dietrich Bonhoeffer.  Jayne and I have served as short-term missionaries to Germany with the Covenant at Black Forest Academy, an international school for missionary high school children.  My hobbies include cooking, reading, travel, and watching cable news.

Derek Melin, Youth Pastor
My My beautiful wife Christi and I tied the knot in 2000 and have four little boys (two at the same time), a teenage niece and two dogs, Dusty & Denali. I'm degreed in accounting but that wasn't God's plan. He opened the door to youth ministry and I went running through. I love filling up the hours with family, friends, and study time, not to mention the "honey-do" list ... which never seems to get any shorter … I'm loving life. It's an adventure when you take God at His word on a daily basis, but I wouldn't want it any other way. If you haven't given God a chance, I say give it a go. Joyce Cosman, Associate Pastor
My immediate family includes two great sons and their families including two awesome grandsons, but my extended family includes all those who make Broadway Covenant their church home. As my family members your needs are my greatest concern. Jesus said, "come unto me all you who are weary and over burdened and I will give you rest." Jesus did not intend that we should carry our heartaches and burdens alone. I am at the church on Tuesday through Thursday of each week. It will be my pleasure to serve you in anyway I can.
